Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau declared new weapons and hardware for Ukraine on Sunday after an unannounced visit to Kyiv, the capital.
Trudeau, tending to a news meeting after chats with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, likewise said Canada was forcing new endorses on Russian people and substances regarding Moscow’s intrusion of Ukraine.
“Today, I’m declaring more military help, drone cameras, satellite symbolism, little arms, ammo and other help, including financing for demining tasks,” Trudeau said.
“Also, we’re presenting new endorses on 40 Russian people and five substances, oligarchs and close partners of the system in the safeguard area, every one of them complicit in Putin’s conflict,” in a reference to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Trudeau visited the town of Irpin outside Kyiv, the point of convergence of savage fights among Ukrainian and Russian soldiers before the Russians pulled out late in March.
He said Canada was resuming its consulate in the Ukrainian capital.
Canada was additionally giving $25 million to the U.N’s. World Food Program as a component of endeavors to maintain food security and would eliminate exchange taxes on all Ukrainian imports to Canada for the following year.
