TE24 Life Style Desk:

Dates are considered nutritious and protect the body from various ailments. They are composed of useful elements like minerals, sugar, calcium, iron and potassium. They have antibacterial properties and promote energy circulation in the body throughout the day.

Dates, like all plant products, are a type of cholesterol-free fruit. Cholesterol is only found in animal foods such as meat, butter and cheese, so replacing animal snacks with dates will help keep your arteries clear.

Dates are one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. They provide miraculous benefits in treating various health conditions like heart disease, high blood pressure, cholesterol and stroke.

Do dates reduce bad cholesterol?

LDL or bad cholesterol can be easily cured with this food. It also cleans blood vessels and prevents fat from sticking to the heart and causing blood clots. Including a small date in your daily diet helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels. Dates are cholesterol free and almost fat free. Dates can also help prevent stroke, atherosclerosis and high blood pressure.

Dates do not contain fat or cholesterol. Dates contain vitamins and minerals such as zinc, potassium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium that nourish the body. Zinc helps produce insulin and magnesium helps control blood sugar levels.

How many dates should you have?

Dates are cholesterol free and fat free. Therefore, if you want to eat healthy food while keeping your cholesterol levels low, include dates in your diet. 5-6 per day is enough for your health. Since it contains sugar, it is high in sugar and can lead to diabetes, so don’t overdo it.
