SURABAYA – Indonesia: A vacationer transport with a clearly sluggish driver banged into a bulletin Monday on a roadway on Indonesia’s primary island of Java, killing something like 14 individuals and harming 19 others, police said.
The transport, conveying Indonesian travelers from Surabaya, the capital of East Java area, was getting back from an outing to Central Java’s Dieng Plateau, a famous mountain resort, when it hit the bulletin on the Mojokerto expressway soon after day break, East Java traffic police boss Latief Usman said.
TV news showed police and clinical staff eliminating casualties from the transport, which crashed only 400 meters before the thruway exit.
Usman said police are as yet researching the reason for the mishap, yet that the driver supposedly seemed tired before the accident.
He said police haven’t yet scrutinized the driver, who experienced extreme wounds. Nineteen individuals were being treated in four clinics in Mojokerto, for the most part for broken bones.
