Due to the deteriorating flood situation in the country, government authorities on Friday suspended this year’s secondary school certificate and equivalent examinations, which were scheduled to begin next Sunday (June 19).
A press release issued by the Ministry of Education today said, “Secondary School Certificate (SSC) General, SSC Vocational and Entrance examinations under all Boards of Education starting from June 19 this year have been suspended due to deteriorating flood situation across the country.”
A total of 2,021,868 students were expected to take the test.
Changed test schedule will be informed later.
